1. Online/In-Person Estate Sale Auction at Your Home or Business
If you’re located in the Tri-state area, we can host an online or in-Person estate sale in your home or business. Our asset advisors will organize the entire estate and upload items into our system to create an online catalog for buyers to browse and bid.
The Estate sale will be published for 1-2 weeks and all transactions are done securely through our Credit Card Terminal ,cash or check. During this time we market the estate sale auction to our large list of active buyers, social media pages, online directories, and forums.
Towards the end of the auction event we will conduct a preview day(s) to give buyers the opportunity to inspect items. Our auction coordinators will be on hand to answer any buyer’s questions. We’ve discovered that our descriptions and photographs are sufficient enough, so many people do not feel the need to attend preview day. After the auction closes, we schedule one or two days for buyers to pick up their items. We also offer shipping and local delivery.
Benefits of online auction events:
2. Host a Estate Sales/Auction in our service area's NY,NJ,CT And PA:
If you have a smaller estate or live in a location where estate sales are not allowed, we can help pack and move your items to our warehouse located near the downtown area. The process of cataloging the online estate sale is exactly the same, except it will all be done in our warehouse. Depending on how many items you are selling, we may combine your estate with another seller(s) to create a bigger event. We also schedule a preview day for buyers to preview all the items before the closing day of the auction.
3. Estate Buyout
In addition to hosting estate sales in the tri-state area, we can quickly liquidate your assets by paying a lump sum for your entire estate. This option works great if you are on a time crunch. We’ve partnered with professional movers who will carefully pack the items and take everything away with no work on your part. We buy everything from high end furniture to valuable collectibles, storage units, and more.
After the termination of a tenancy, a landlord may find items of personal property left on the premises by either a former tenant or other persons. We offer a full service solution to free your space of unwanted personal property. Don’t worry, we handle the proper legal notices for civil code 1988 and 1993.07.
